UPTOWN DUBAI

Uptown Dubai, previously referred to as Burj 2020, is an ambitious mixed-use development located in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) zone, close to Jumeirah Lakes Towers. The district spans over 10 million square feet and is set to include a combination of premium residential and commercial spaces, creating a vibrant infrastructure for both business and living. The first phase of construction, covering 2 million square feet, began in 2017, with residential properties becoming available for sale in 2018.

Uptown Dubai is defined by its luxurious design, with architectural planning by Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo, the firm responsible for creating prestigious hotels and resorts around the world. The district will feature several key buildings, including the completed Uptown Tower, along with future developments like Burj 2020, Mercer House, and Uptown Dubai Phase 2.
